ENGAGING COOPERATION - HOW TO TALK SO KIDS WILL LISTEN  -- This workshop is based on the book How to talk so kids will listen & listen so kids will talk By: Adele Faber & Elaine Mazlish. Topics include helping kids deal with their feelings, listening with full attention, and helping them behave in ways that are acceptable to us and to society. These workshops are FREE to all parents and community members see our calendar for dates and times of upcoming workshops. Starts @ 6:30pm -8:30pm

Parents, Mohave Valley Community Park is looking for volunteers for the building of a new playground. Please share the following link with those who would be interested in participating in the Mohave Valley Community Playground Build Day on November 23rd from 7 AM to completion which would be 4 hours. All volunteers per Kaboom bylaws shall register ahead of time. This magnificent playground is contributed by Legacy Foundation, Fiesta Bowl and will be constructed with hard work of 250 community volunteers. Parents/Students, the Fall Music Concert will be on October 24th at 6:30 pm in the Auditorium, tickets will be sold for $3.00 at the door.

Parents, our 21st Century Community Learning Center Grant will be hosting Parent and Community Nights weekly at the Anderson Field House from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm. See the attachment for upcoming events all parents and community members are welcome.
